[គួយលីន] ថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោក ឡុង ឌីម៉ង់ អភិបាលរងខេត្ត បានតំណាងរដ្ឋបាលខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ អញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនក្នុង «វេទិកាអភិបាលក្រុងអាស៊ាន-ចិន ឆ្នាំ២០២៥» (ASEAN-China Mayors’ Forum 2025) ក្រោមមូលបទ “កសាងលំនៅឋានល្អទាំងអស់គ្នា រួមគ្នាជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍនគរូបនីយកម្មចិន និងអាស៊ានប្រកបដោយចីរភាព” ដែលមានប្រតិភូតំណាងប្រទេសជាសមាជិកអាស៊ាន និងអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន រួមមានប្រ៊ុយណេ កម្ពុជា ម៉ាឡេស៊ី មីយ៉ាន់ម៉ា ថៃ វៀតណាម និងទីម័រខាងកើត និងតំណាងសហគ្រាសធំៗ ចម្រុះជាតិសាសន៍ចូលរួមសរុបសមាសភាពប្រមាណ ៩៥០រូប នៅទីក្រុងគួយលីន តំបន់ស្វយ័តក្វាងស៊ី នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន។
ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ លោកអភិបាលរង បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញជូនអង្គវេទិកាទាំងមូល អំពី «ផែនការមេអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុទៅជាតំបន់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចពិសេសគំរូពហុបំណង» និងបានរំលេចអំពីលក្ខណៈពិសេសសំខាន់ៗរបស់ខេត្តរាប់ចាប់ពី គុណប្រយោជន៍យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រក្នុងតំបន់ រហូតដល់គោលនយោបាយ និងយន្តការគាំទ្រនានារបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងជាពិសេសវិស័យសក្តានុពលដែលកំពុងមានតម្រូវការវិនិយោគដូចជា៖ ឧស្សាហកម្ម, កសិ-ឧស្សាហកម្ម, ដឹកជញ្ជូននិងភស្តុភាកម្មទំនើប។
គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា វេទិកានេះត្រូវបានសហការរៀបចំឡើងដោយសមាគមអភិបាលក្រុងចិន (China Association of Mayors) និងនាយកដ្ឋានលំនៅដ្ឋាន និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទីក្រុង-ជនបទនៃតំបន់ស្វយ័តក្វាងស៊ី ក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីរឹតបន្តឹងចំនងមិត្តភាពរវាងចិន នឹងអាស៊ាន, ធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍនគរូបនីយកម្មសំខាន់ៗរបស់ប្រទេសជាសមាជិក និងចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ ឧត្តមានុវត្ត ជាពិសេសបច្ចេកវិទ្យាទំនើបថ្មីៗ ដែលជាអាចបម្រើក្នុងវិស័យសំណង់ និងនគរូបនីយកម្ម។

[Guilin] On September 16, 2025, Mr. Long Dimanche, Deputy Governor of the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Administration, participated as a speaker in the «ASEAN-China Mayors’ Forum 2025» under the theme “Building a Better Home
Together–Jointly Advancing Sustainable Urban Development in China and ASEAN” with delegates from ASEAN member countries and ASEAN observers, including Brunei, Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, and Timor-Leste, and multi-national enterprise representatives, totaling of 950 participants, in Guilin, Guangxi Autonomous Region of the People’s Republic of China.
During this forum, the Deputy Governor presented to the entire forum the “Master Plan for Developing Preah Sihanouk Province into a Model Multi-Purpose Special Economic Zone” and highlighted the province’s key features, ranging from its strategic and geographical advantages in the region to the policies and support mechanisms of the Royal Government of Cambodia, and especially the potential sectors that are in need of investments, such as industry, agro-industry, modern transportation and logistics.
This forum was co-organized by the China Association of Mayors and the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China with the aims of: strengthening the friendships between China and ASEAN, updating the major urbanization development projects of member countries, and sharing experiences and best practices, especially new technologies that can be utilized in the construction and urbanization sectors.
