[ទីក្រុងគួយលីន] ថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្នុងដំណើរអញ្ជើញចូលរួម «វេទិកាអភិបាលក្រុងអាស៊ាន-ចិន ឆ្នាំ២០២៥» (2025 ASEAN-China Mayors’ Forum) លោក ឡុង ឌីម៉ង់ អភិបាលរងខេត្ត បានតំណាងរដ្ឋបាលខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ អញ្ជើញចូលជួបសំដែងការគួរសមជាមួយ លោក Ni Hong រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងលំនៅឋាន និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទីក្រុង-ជនបទចិន ជាមួយប្រតិភូតំណាងប្រទេសជាសមាជិកអាស៊ាន និងអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន រួមមានប្រ៊ុយណេ កម្ពុជា ម៉ាឡេស៊ី មីយ៉ាន់ម៉ា ថៃ វៀតណាម និងទីម័រខាងកើត។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះតំណាងលេខាធិការដ្ឋានអាស៊ានក៏មានវត្តមានក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះដែរ។
ក្នុងជំនួបនោះ លោក Ni Hong បានបញ្ជាក់ថា នគរូបនីយកម្មរបស់ប្រទេសចិនកំពុងផ្លាស់ប្តូរពីកំណើនយ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័សទៅជាការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយស្ថិរភាព ខណៈដែលអាស៊ានក៏កំពុងមានការកើនឡើងនូវនគរូបនីយកម្មយ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័ស។ វេទិកាអភិបាលក្រុងចិន-អាស៊ាន២០២៥នេះ នឹងដើរតួជាវេទិកាដ៏សំខាន់មួយសម្រាប់កិច្ចសន្ទនារវាងអភិបាលក្រុងចិន និងអាស៊ាន។ លោកសង្ឃឹមថា ភាគីទាំងពីរនឹងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការបន្ថែមទៀតលើវិស័យដូចជា ការសាងសង់លំនៅឋានប្រកបដោយគុណភាព ការអភិវឌ្ឍនិងថែទាំហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ ការអភិវឌ្ឍទីក្រុងឆ្លាតវៃ និងសំណង់ឆ្លាតវៃ ចែករំលែករបកគំហើញ និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យាថ្មីៗ ព្រមទាំងរួមចំណែកផ្នែកប្រាជ្ញា និងកម្លាំងដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់វិបុលភាព និងការអភិវឌ្ឍរួម និងផ្តល់ផលប្រយោជន៍ដល់ប្រជាជននៃប្រទេសទាំងអស់។

[Guilin City] September 16, 2025, during his visit to attend the “2025 ASEAN-China Mayors’ Forum”, Mr. Long Dimanche, Deputy Governor of Preah Sihanouk Province, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Ni Hong, Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China, along with delegations from ASEAN member countries and ASEAN observers, including Brunei, Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, and Timor-Leste. Representatives from the ASEAN Secretariat were also present at the meeting.
During the meeting, Mr. Ni Hong highlighted that China’s urbanization is changing from rapid growth to sustainable development, while ASEAN is also experiencing rapid urbanization. The China-ASEAN Mayors’ Forum 2025 will serve as an important platform for dialogue between Chinese and ASEAN mayors. He has also showed optimism that the two sides (ASEAN & China) will further strengthen cooperation in various areas including quality housing construction to infrastructure development and maintenance and smart city development and smart construction, share new breakthroughs and technologies, and contribute wisdom and strength to promote common prosperity and development and benefit the people of all countries.
